Type H Layer Cage – Model P15

The type H model P15 is a tiered layer cage system with a standardized, reinforced frame that improves space utilization and stocking capacity.

The cage mesh is hot-dip galvanized, the feed trough is made of aluminium-zinc coated plate, and the feet and bolts are made of stainless steel.

The P15 has a unit size of 840 × 1,250 mm, a unit height of 650 mm and a cell size of 840 × 625 mm. It holds about 11–12 birds per cell at roughly 475–437 cm² per bird. It has a central drinking line with 3 nipples per cell and can be combined with a lifting or vertical egg collector and an automatic travelling feeder. It can be built with 3–8 tiers.
